Dva Kapitana is a public administrative centre in the Krasnogorsk District measuring more than 110,000 m2. The 2.4-ha project site lies on the Myakininskaya Floodplain, near the Moscow Region Government buildings. The business centre has buildings of varying height from 9 to 29 storeys, including two below-grade floors. The two towers of the business centre have offices and a 350-seat conference hall. The underground car park is designed for 646 cars, while the above-grade one can fit 138 cars.
The project involves cutting-edge smart systems, automation, and energy-saving technologies. The buildings have a data centre with telecommunications equipment and a data storage facility for the Single Technological Support Infrastructure of the Moscow Region Government.
The business centre project was completed at the request of Andrey Vorobyov, Governor of the Moscow Region, to accommodate units and departments of the Moscow Region Duma and consolidate government departments around the House of Moscow Region Government.
