FSK Group plans to commission over 200,000 m2 of non-residential property by 2023-end, such as car parks and social and commercial infrastructure facilities.
In 2023, FSK Group will complete several childcare centres, polyclinics, and a school. The list includes a childcare centre for 240 children in the Skandinavsky housing development, another one for 325 children in the Yuzhnaya Bitsa Microdistrict, and a school for 1,500 students – part of the First Lermontovsky housing development currently under construction.
Car parks are built at almost every residential project planned for commissioning. In addition, residential projects provide for commercial premises, both on the buildings’ ground floors and in separate buildings. For example, the Datsky Kvartal housing development will include a 1,446.5-m2 one-storey shopping centre to be commissioned at the same time as the last residential building of the development.
“We are building comprehensive social and commercial infrastructure at our projects, creating a comfortable urban environment. This approach is especially important with large-scale projects. For example, residents of the 12 buildings in the Yuzhnaya Bitsa Microdistrict will have four childcare centres, two schools, and a polyclinic nearby. Most facilities to be completed in 2023 are located in Moscow and the Moscow Region,” said Olga Tumaikina, Commercial Director of FSK Group.
