FSK Group and Sovcombank have jointly launched the unique Interest-Free Mortgage scheme. Under its terms, borrowers can take advantage of 12- or 24-month interest-free offers under the Government Support 2020 programme and 12-, 24-, or 36-month interest-free offers under the Family Mortgage programme. Throughout the applicable period, FSK Group will pay the interest on the customer’s mortgage.* After that, the mortgage interest rate will be 8% under the Government Support 2020 programme and 6% under the Family Mortgage programme.
“This programme will make discounted mortgages even more affordable. Most comfort-class real estate transactions involve a mortgage. Under our scheme, mortgage interest payments for a RUB 12.3 million flat in the first 12 months will total about RUB 7,000. This time can be used to focus on selling your current home at your own pace,” said Olga Tumaikina, Commercial Director of FSK Group.
The available loan term ranges from 13 to 30 years. The minimum deposit should equal at least 20% of the loan. The programme applies to FSK Group projects under construction.
