FSK Group was placed first in the confidence ranking of Russian developers in the mass housing sector. The ranking was compiled by Forbes based on questionnaires completed by companies as well as on data provided by Cian.Analytics and bnMAP.pro.
Companies were ranked based on three criteria: income (revenue in 2021 and the first half of 2022), debt, and confidence. The third metric reflected the number of new projects launched.
FSK Group scored high across all three categories within the mass housing sector. With its 2021 revenue totalling almost RUB 170 billion, the developer’s overall score was 7.28.
