FSK GC completed the construction of all residential buildings of the Datskiy Kvartal residential complex in the urban district of Mytishchi. The developer received commissioning permit for the last house. Thus, residential building №2 complies with all the necessary technical regulations and design documentation.
The building with a total area of 119 993, 1 thousand m2 is the last one. Its construction began in the spring of 2021. The residential building of variable storeys is divided into 20 sections, in which 1429 apartments of different planning solutions are designed. In addition to euro-layouts, the project provides apartments with terraces, with a large bathroom, panoramic windows.
Entrance groups are made according to an individual design project using high-quality materials. On the first floors of the house, premises for commercial activities were designed, including for two medical institutions. On the underground floor there is a parking lot for 407 cars, as well as a car wash and storerooms.
"The project is nearing completion. Now we are preparing a shopping center for commissioning. In addition, social infrastructure facilities are in the active stage of construction — kindergartens and a school, which are being built by the Administration of the city of Mytishchi as part of the state program. Nevertheless, now we can confidently call the project successful. First, we applied new technological solutions that formed the basis for working with other residential complexes. Secondly, Datskiy Kvartal is the first project of the FSK Group of Companies to use BIM design technologies. Thirdly, the residential complex is not just built. It is populated, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes are open here, which makes the environment of the residential complex comfortable and functional. With the advent of a municipal school and kindergartens, issues of preschool and school education will be resolved inside the residential complex", — says Ivan Bazhin, director of projects at the FSK Group of Companies.
Datskiy Kvartal residential complex is the "comfort-plus" class project, located 1 km from the Moscow Ring Road. It includes five residential buildings, two municipal kindergartens, a school, as well as a shopping center. The author of the concept was the famous Moscow bureau Ostozhenka. The philosophy of the project was life in harmony with nature: the residential complex borders on a forest area of 400 hectares. The territory is landscaped and takes into account different scenarios of pastime. For residents there are two cozy areas, functional and cozy public places, equipped areas for family holidays and events.
