FSK GC became the winner of Urban awards, one of the significant in the industry. The Sydney City Premium Project won first place in the Best Landscaping and Infrastructure Concept nomination. The jury assessed the convenience and variety of courtyard areas, the comfort and attractiveness of walking routes, the availability of social infrastructure. In addition, experts assessed the level of security of the project and the proportionality of architectural forms to humans.

The concept of public spaces landscaping belongs to the Wowhaus bureau, the idea of  arranging a courtyard space — to the Utro and Druzhba bureaus. In their work, architects and landscape designers have been inspired by Sydney's new, greenery-drowning Barangaroo district. The central part of the complex will be occupied by a public linear park with an area of  1.5 hectares. The main places of recreation will be collected here; an event platform, an art object, as well as cafes and shops will be located.

In addition to Sydney City, the FSK Family project (part of the FSK group of companies) was awarded. In the "Best comfort-class residential complex under construction in Moscow and the Moscow region" nomination, the residential complex Zhavoronki Club in the village of Mitkovo became the best. It was introduced to the market in the spring of 2023. The uniqueness of the project lies in the fact that it is a unique combination of two housing formats — low-rise apartment buildings and townhouses.

This is the first award for the Zhavoronki Club project. Previously, Sydney City won the Opening of the Year nomination. The project took such prize for the introduction of new formats in Moscow and the Moscow region — the concept of well-being in real estate sphere. He was also awarded in the Project Naming nomination, established by the architectural and branding company Division.
