FSK Group has brought a new product to the market – furnished flats. Housing options with equipped kitchens were piloted in the Dvizheniye: Govorovo apartment complex in the south-west of Moscow.
Apartment suites with a kitchen are available in the first building of the development, which come as studios, one-room, two-room, and three-room flats. The kitchen options are Standard (furniture height – 2.47 m) and Comfort (height – 2.7 m), each available in two colour schemes. The kitchen cabinets feature MDF panelling and European fittings. Appliances include a fridge, induction cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, and oven from a reputable manufacturer.
The developer engaged a leading kitchen manufacturer to furnish the apartment kitchens, focusing on its professional reputation, modern design, and reliable mechanisms. The prices for apartment suites with a kitchen start from RUB 7.33 million.
“Apartment suites with finishing are modern, new-format housing, which enables home buyers to move in or rent out immediately. Working with reliable suppliers at wholesale prices, we can provide a guarantee on furniture and household appliances, offering our customers the best value,” said Pyotr Kirillovsky, Director for Product Development at FSK Group.
The Dvizheniye: Govorovo is a comfort-class apartment complex in the Novomoskovsky Administrative Area of Moscow. The 5.2-ha complex will be located 500 m away from the Moscow Ring Road, between the Borovskoye and Kievskoye Highways, near Govorovo Metro Station. The two 15-storey cast-in-place concrete buildings will house 1,664 apartment suites, measuring 71,259 m2 overall. The complex features 15 multi-functional and diverse layout types. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2025.
