The Arkhitektor housing development, an FSK Group project under construction in the south-west of Moscow, is set to have a bilingual childcare centre. The company AltAstra will provide highly effective gamified learning for children. The centre’s staff will include native English teachers as well as rhythmic gymnastics and jiu-jitsu coaches, experienced in teaching young children. A particular emphasis will be placed on preparing children for school. The centre will provide five balanced meals a day, with the menu developed by a chef.
The 1,200+ m2 childcare centre for 75 children will be located within the housing development. It will be opened for children in 2024.
The Arkhitektor housing development is a business-class project being built by FSK Group in the Obruchevsky District of Moscow.
The project will comprise three residential buildings on a shared stylobate, the childcare centre, a supermarket, a restaurant, a fitness studio, pharmacies, beauty salons, and a coffee shop. All commercial premises are accessed from a central hallway.
The development design includes a three-level car park and two-tier courtyard space, with loud children’s playgrounds on the ground floor and adults’ recreation and leisure spaces above, including sports grounds, yoga zones, deckchairs, and wooden terraces.
