FSK GC received permission to build a school and kindergarten in the north-west of Moscow. Educational institutions will be erected by the developer at the expense of his own funds in the Khoroshovo-Mnyovniki area as part of the large-scale residential project Sydney City, which occupies about 19 hectares along Shelepikhinskaya embankment. Social facilities after commissioning will be transferred to municipal ownership.
FSK GC will build a social infrastructure in accordance with the agreement signed with the city on a program to stimulate the creation of places for the application of labor. The commissioning of the school and kindergarten will take place at the end of 2024.
A five-story 775-seats school will be erected in the eastern part of the residential complex, within convenient walking distance from houses, a metro station and an office center. The architecture of the facility is implemented using stained glass glazing and supports the visual appearance of the residential area. Entrance groups are organized separately for primary, middle and high school to ensure safety. The territory in front of the school will be landscaped. Also next to the building gaming and sports complexes will be located, as well as a football field with racetracks, a basketball court, which will be available to residents of the district.
In addition to classes, the building has two laboratory research complexes, an IT training ground, an information library center, a multifunctional multi-level space with the ability to hold public events with 225 seats, a game room with the ability to organize beds and a universal transformable sports hall with a dividing curtain.
The school will be part of educational institution No. 1253. The educational program will include in-depth study of the English language, as well as training in the classes of medical and biological, linguistic, economic, law, media and engineering areas.
The same number will be assigned to the kindergarten, which the FSK Group of Companies will build opposite the school. The three-story building of the preschool institution is designed for 350 pupils. Its area is 6700.28 m2. A distinctive feature of the facility will be a pool with a laboratory for water analysis.
The Sydney City housing complex is a comprehensive development project for the area, which is being implemented in the concept of all-round human well-being. The complex will have all the necessary infrastructure, including a family entertainment center, places for calm walks and active sports. On the territory of the district, walking areas and bike paths will be equipped, in the courtyards there will be modern and safe children's and sports grounds. In addition, the developer going to build a 1.5 hectares park with a boardwalk and access to the Moscow River. Sydney City is scheduled to completion in 2028.
