FSK GC received permission to commission building No. 3 as a part of the Sydney City premium residential complex, which is implemented in the well-being concept. The project is located in Moscow in the Khoroshovo-Mnyovniki area on Shelepikhinskaya embankment.
The residential building is a part of a first stage of the project, the 44-story building made using monolithic construction technology. 496 apartments with a living area of more than 29.5 thousand m2 were designed here.

The Sydney City residential complex is a premium project with 22 buildings planned. Transport accessibility will be provided by direct exits to the Third Transport Ring, North-West Chord and Zvenigorodskoye Highway. Within walking distance is the Zvenigorodskaya metro station under construction. All the necessary infrastructure, school, kindergarten, family entertainment center, places for calm walks and active sports will appear in the residential complex. On the adjoining territory of the residential complex, provided with video surveillance, walking areas and bike paths will be equipped, modern and safe children's and sports grounds will be installed in the courtyard. In addition, the residential complex will create its own park with an area of 1.5 hectares with a boardwalk and access to the Moscow River. The length of the embankment along Sydney City will be 4 km, including 400 m of residential complex territory along the river line. The construction of Sydney City is scheduled to be completed in 2028.
