FSK GC will build a plant for the production of aerated concrete blocks in Zelenograd within the framework of LIP

FSK GC received permission to build a plant for the production of aerated concrete blocks as part of a large-scale investment project (LIP) in Zelenograd. The plant will be the first facility built as part of LIP. Its capacity will be 400 thousand m3 of aerated concrete blocks per year.
At the beginning of 2022, FSK GC signed an agreement with the Moscow government on the implementation of the project. The city provided the developer with land of a total area about 17 hectares for the construction of an industrial complex with several facilities.
"The plant for the manufacture of aerated concrete blocks became the first plant of a large-scale industrial and construction cluster in Zelenograd. This will be modern and technological production, which will offer the market not only a high-quality product, but also additional jobs, "said Sergey Pshenichnikov, director of commercial real estate development at FSK Group.
The area of  the one-story rectangular industrial building will be 21,102 square meters. Construction will begin on the territory of the intercity municipal district of Savyolky.
On the territory of the plant, there will be production areas, a laboratory, a technologist's office, a first-aid post, as well as workplaces and meeting rooms. The facades of the building will be made of sandwich panels of various shades of gray, mounted in different sequences, as well as perforated curtain panels.
The design of the building was developed by the Russian architectural bureau Soulstone, which took part in the implementation of Trekhgornaya manufactory facilities and improvement of the Patriot park.
The plant will be launched in October 2024.
