FSK GC completed the construction of all buildings of the Scandinavskiy residential complex in the Mytishchi urban district of the Moscow region. The developer received permission to enter the last two residential buildings of the project — No. 6 and 7.
In the buildings of 9-10 floors, a total of 307 apartments were designed, as well as 254 storerooms. The total area of housing is 15.6 thousand square meters. In the entrance groups, a pram storage room and concierge zone are designed. Also on the first floors of the buildings, there are premises for commercial activities. Building No. 7 provides for the possibility of placing an outpatient department for 81 visits per shift. The Scandinavian style architecture of the buildings was chosen in the according to the entire concept of residential complex. A distinctive feature of houses is a high class of energy efficiency (A).
The Scandinavskiy residential complex is a comfort-class residential project 2.8 km away from Moscow along the Ostashkovskoye highway. The author of the project is the Swedish bureau Semrén & Månsson. The concept was based on the idea of a Scandinavian lifestyle. On the territory of the complex there is everything that is really needed for a comfortable life: in addition to residential buildings of variable storeys with laconic facades, a kindergarten for 240 children, commercial infrastructure, parking, a dog walking area is provided. Playgrounds are zoned by age category. In addition, the developer is completing the construction of a comprehensive school designed for 500 students.
