The new eco-friendly Irlandsky Kvartal housing development is phase 2 of the Ostrov Erin multi-format project offering flats in the very heart of New Moscow. The property’s infrastructure follows the “less city, more greenery” principle: the grounds feature a walking alley with a fountain, a landscaped river bank with an urban beach, playgrounds, and sports grounds.
