About project

The M-House development varies in height from 22 to 23 floors and has seven sections with two-level underground parking. The over 85,000-m2 housing development has 912 flats, including 501 one-room, 214 two-room, and 197 three-room flats.

The building’s core is its cast-in-place concrete frame with energy-efficient exterior walls. The external finishing comprises ventilated façade solutions with aluminium panel cladding and a ceramic granite plinth, along with energy-efficient and light-reflecting glazing and windows.

The concept of the M-House development was driven by European best practice in construction as well as by technological innovation and leading ideas in architecture and design.
