About project

The MEI-12 housing development is located on Krasnokazarmennaya Street in Lefortovo. MSU-1 GC acted as the general contractor, and MEI-12 Housing Co-operative was the customer.

This comfort-class housing development is only some 14 minutes’ walk away from Aviamotornaya, the nearest metro station. In addition, surface transport routes pass along Nizhegorodskaya Street.

The building was constructed in Moscow by the housing co-operative of the National Research University Moscow Power Engineering Institute (MEI) with the involvement of DOM.RF and was the first multi-storey co-operative building project ever seen in the city.
