According to the Moscow Region Governor and Government Press Service reporting on Monday, a childcare centre for 400 children has been opened ahead of schedule in Gusarskaya Ballada, a housing development in the Odintsovsky District that has been subject to delays.

Sergei Sobyanin: phase 1 of the Moscow High-Speed Diameter will connect the Moscow–Saint Petersburg and Moscow–Kazan Highways
This year will see the completion of phase 1 of the Moscow High-Speed Diameter, to be extended to the Moscow–Kazan federal highway. In autumn 2023, the project will be completed in full.
