FSK Group of Companies has completed the construction of the seventh, penultimate, building of the Rimsky residential complex, which is building as part of the third stage of the project in the Leninsky urban district of the Moscow Region. The developer received permission to commission the facility. A residential building with an area of 156,681,40 m2 is rented with two parking lots. There are 1,754 apartments in the building.
The first floors of the building are occupied by commercial premises, the total area of which is more than 3.5 thousand square meters. At the zero and underground level, 480 storerooms are provided. The underground parking lot has 215 parking spaces of different areas. Simultaneously with the residential building, another parking lot was commissioned for 999 cars.
The house has a complex architectural solution. It is divided into different-story sections (8-16 floor), which form three enclosed and car-free courtyards placed on a stylobate. In the local area, playgrounds for different age groups, sports areas, recreation areas and gazebos are organized. Year-round landscaping was used in the improvement.
The building has the highest (A +) class of energy efficiency, which means rational heat consumption for heating. Entrance spaces are made according to individual design. They provide strollers and washrooms for pets.
Rimsky residential complex is a residential neighborhood in the style of historical development of Italian cities. The complex is located 2 km from the Moscow Ring Road along Kashirskoye or Besedinskoye highways. It consists of seven residential buildings, 4 kindergartens (two – 120 kids in each, one - for 340 and one for 60 places), a comprehensive school for 1,350 people. The project implements a two-level space system that separates pedestrian and car traffic.
As for today, five residential buildings have been commissioned in the residential complex. The seventh building became the sixth house of the project commissioned. The last building (No. 8) of the Rimsky will be built before the end of the year. In addition, an active construction of a comprehensive school is underway on the territory of the residential complex, the commissioning of which is scheduled for 2025.
