FSK GC is preparing the last building of the Datskiy Kvartal residential complex in the urban district of Mytishchi for commissioning. Commissioning works have been completed in the residential building and individual and comprehensive tests have been carried out.
We are talking about the second building with a total area of 119 993,1 thousand m2. The building is divided into 20 sections, in which 1429 apartments are designed. As of November 2023, preparations are being made for the transfer the 2nd building of Datskiy Kvartal to property management company.
In addition, a shopping center in the development quarter of the Datskiy Kvartal residential complex is at a high stage of construction readiness. Works on facades and improvement of the adjacent territory, installation of translucent structures, work on installation of internal engineering systems have been fully completed at the facility. The building also began commissioning. The total readiness of the shopping center is 90%.
Datskiy Kvartal residential complex is a "comfort-plus" class project, consisting of five buildings. In January 2022, the developer of the FGC Group of Companies handed over three buildings for 1914 apartments, a year earlier — building №3 for 1035 apartments. All houses of variable storeys with commercial infrastructure on the ground floors, as well as with storerooms on the underground level. In addition, underground parking lots and guest parking spaces on the local territory are provided. Two municipal kindergartens, a school and a shopping center will also be erected on the territory of the Datskiy Kvartal residential complex.
