FSK GC received permission to build facilities №2 and №3 as part of the Sky Garden residential complex, which is located in Moscow in the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo area, a 15-minute walk from the Tushinskaya metro station. In these buildings, 1626 apartments are designed, the total area of which, taking into account balconies and loggias, is 93 239,7 m2. There is also a store with an area of 243,8 m2 and an underground parking for 418 cars.
