FSK Group, one of the largest development companies in the market, has made it into the HeadHunter Russia’s top 100 employers ranking, securing a sixth-place position among construction and real estate companies on the list.
HeadHunter’s ranking of Russia’s best employers is the country’s largest by the number of participating companies and the survey scope. This year, 1,082 companies from all over Russia made it through to the finals. The participants were shortlisted in several stages through voting, involving over 300,000 applicants.
Selection criteria encompassed the performance of the company’s HR team, its competency level, and benchmarking against industry peers. The selection process also took into account the team’s loyalty to their employer and willingness to recommend the company as a future place of employment for their friends and family.
