FSK Group has moved to in-situ concrete works at its office centre construction site, started in December 2022 as part of the Sydney City business-class housing development. The 24-storey building, measuring over 70,000 m2, is located in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki District in the north-west of Moscow.
“The office centre currently under construction will be an important part of the comprehensive development around the Sydney City housing development. The project is part of an agreement with the city under the programme for creating places of employment. Half the building will be occupied by the headquarters of FSK Group and its subsidiaries. The new centre will counterbalance the residential development in the neighbourhood while also creating over 1,700 jobs,” said Sergey Pshenichnikov, Director for Commercial Property Development at FSK Group. Project investments will amount to RUB 7.4 billion.
For the project, the Company engaged Kleinewelt Architekten, an architect bureau from Moscow specialising in concept design. Their design for FSK Group features a monumental and vibrant glazed building with its own transport infrastructure. The construction project complies with the latest applicable requirements to ensure employees can work and communicate effectively. In addition to offices, the building will house cafés and restaurants measuring more than 4,200 m2 overall as well as stores and an underground car park for more than 300 cars. The complex will be fitted with advanced IT equipment, including Face ID scanners, security and analytics systems, and VR monitoring.
The developer plans to complete the building in 2025.
