A municipal kindergarten began work on the territory of the Scandinavskiy residential estate. On September 1, the grand opening of the institution took place with the participation of Mytishchi administration representatives. The pre-school educational facility is designed for 240 pupils. Playrooms, bedrooms, music and sports halls, as well as a workshop are provided for children.
The institution was built as part of the second construction stage of the Scandinavian residential complex at the expense of extra budgetary funds. The building was commissioned in early July 2023. Now the developer is completing the construction of a comprehensive school for 500 students. After commissioning, the object will also be transferred to municipal ownership.
Scandinavskiy residential estate is located 2.8 km from Moscow along the Ostashkovskoye highway. The project includes 6 medium-rise residential buildings, which are implemented in two construction stages, a municipal school and a kindergarten. The last two buildings are at a high stage of construction readiness. The project will be fully commissioned in 2024.
