FSK Group of Companies has fully completed monolithic work in the Arkhitector residential complex, which is constructed on Akademika Volgina Street, building 2 in Moscow. The builders erected the last floor of the first building. Thus, one of the important construction stages has been completed at the facility.
Now in all three buildings a whole range of work is carried out at the same time. Workers install facade systems throughout the house. In particular, innovative modular systems of the G-tech type are installed at the facility. This facade is formed along the outer perimeter of buildings. This solution allows you to create a "multi-layer effect" that gives the Arkhitector a unique look. At the same time, builders mount translucent structures. Work is also carried out inside the buildings: engineering systems are installed, finishing work is processing in common areas.
Arkhitector residential complex is a residential project in the Obruchevsky district of Moscow. It includes three buildings of different storeys (28-47 floors) with 1,502 apartments. All three buildings are conjointed by a common hall. 670 parking spaces were designed in the underground parking lot, as well as more than 280 storerooms. On the territory of the residential complex there is a room for a children's center with 75 seats.
