FSK Group and Sberbank are offering new purchase terms for housing in the Rimsky, Dvizheniye: Govorovo, and First Lermontovsky housing developments: until the end of April, apartment suites and flats are on sale with a mortgage discount of 0.3% at prices reduced by 3%.
The discount stacks with the Company’s discounts and applies to any lot on sale in the housing developments, including those in the promotional pool. The promotion applies to the standard mortgage as well as the Government Support and Family Mortgage programmes. The rate cannot be lower than the set minimum (6.5% for the Government Support, 4.5% for the Family Mortgage, or 8.5% for a standard mortgage).
The loan amount ranges from RUB 300,000 to RUB 100 million, depending on the selected programme. The minimum deposit starts at 15% of the property contract price. The mortgage term ranges from 1 year to 30 years.
The offer is valid until 30 April 2023.
