FSK Group has obtained a permit to commission building 1 of Sydney City, a premium-class housing development designed in line with the well-being concept. The project is located in Moscow’s Khoroshevo-Mnevniki District, on Shelepikhinskaya Embankment.
The first building is part of phase 1 of the project and is divided into two high-rise 30-storey sections. The design provides for 306 flats with a residential area totalling more than 16,800 m2. The lots measure between 30 m2 and 157 m2.
A shared two-level underground car park for 449 cars for buildings 1, 2, and 3 has also been commissioned. The parking area houses 79 storage spaces for residents.
“The Sydney City housing development is FSK Group’s flagship project and the first project in Russia to be built with well-being at its core. We hope that the new estate will become a real place of power for its residents, because the entire philosophy of the new housing development aims to promote all aspects of people’s well-being. At the development, care for residents is combined with architectural aesthetics, and comfort is carefully baked into every detail thanks to modern technological solutions,” said Pyotr Kirillovsky, Director for Product Development at FSK Group.
The Sydney City housing development is a premium-class project designed to comprise 22 buildings. The development will be directly connected to the local transport infrastructure through exits to the Third Ring Road, North-West Expressway, and the Zvenigorodskoye Highway. Zvenigorodskaya Metro Station (currently under construction) is within walking distance. The housing development will have all the necessary infrastructure, including a school, a childcare centre, a family entertainment centre, and dedicated areas for quiet walks and active sports. The adjacent area, equipped with video surveillance, will include walking areas and bicycle paths, while its courtyards will feature modern and safe playgrounds and outdoor gyms. On top of this, the housing development will have its own park spanning 1.5 ha with a promenade and access to the Moskva River. The embankment adjacent to Sydney City will run for 4 km, including 400 m of the housing development’s area along the river line. Sydney City is scheduled to be completed in 2028.
